The short version: I only use your details to arrange your surf lesson, I never sell them, and you can ask me to delete them at any time.

Who is responsible

What I collect when you book
When you send the booking form I receive: your name, phone number, email address (optional), the lesson type, your preferred date, other possible dates, preferred time, number of people and whether you would like photos while surfing.
If you message me on WhatsApp or call, I see your phone number and what you write.
Why I use it
- To reply to you, confirm your lesson, the time and the beach.
- To send you a confirmation email with your booking details, if you gave an email address.
- To send you the photos from your session, if you asked for them.
I do not use your details for newsletters or advertising, and I never sell or rent them to anyone.
Where it is stored
Your booking request is emailed to me and a backup copy is kept on this website's server (hosted by Hostinger), in a private folder that cannot be reached from the internet. WhatsApp conversations stay in WhatsApp.
Cookies and statistics
This website uses Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics and Google Ads to count visits and to measure when someone books or messages me after clicking an ad. These services use cookies. They tell me things like how many people visited and which pages they read, not who you are. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings at any time.
How long I keep it
Booking details are kept for up to two years, so I can recognise returning surfers and answer questions about past lessons, and are then deleted.
Your rights
You can ask me at any time for a copy of the details I hold about you, to correct them, or to delete them. Just send a WhatsApp message or call +212 766 823 095 and I will do it.
